  当サークルは以下のような方をお探しています。

  ・全年齢向けはたまに取り扱いますが、なるべく成人向けの絵が描ける

  ・二次創作を問わず、非常に描きたいキャラクターが複数いる

  ・主に抱き枕カバー（両面）を描いてみたい（未経験可）

  ・ラフや進行具合によりますが、差分をお願いする可能性が高い

  ・納期や締め切りの調整・リスケは可能

  ・進捗などは、解像度を落とせば、SNS上に公開可能

  ・基本的に価格交渉はしなくて、言い値で依頼を確定する。 お支払いは納品前後にて行いますが、柔軟な対応は可能なので、ご相談ください

  ・予算などが確保できない場合、一旦お見送りする可能がある

  ・基本的に製作の進行はほぼ放任？主義で、丸任せする。 ラフは進捗共有する段階で、たまに素人提案や意見を述べますが、適応するかどうか描き手次第

  ・人種や性別は特に問わず、日本語や英語でやり取り可能であればOK!中国語は得意ではないが、頑張って返事するよ！

  ・製作した抱き枕カバーは、一枚を差し上げる

  ・予想以上な出来を納品した場合、ボーナスを挟むケースがある　（≧▼≦）

  We hiring artist that can match the following criteria.

  ・SFW art aside, able to draw lewd art

  ・Regardless of IP, having the passion on characters you would like to draw

  ・Want to try out drawing Dakimakura(both sides) art (OK with unexperienced)

  ・Depends on rough / progression, we might ask for some variations

  ・Deadlines are able to reschedule

  ・As long you lower down the resolution, you can post Work in Progress on any SNS

  ・Basically we do not negotiate commission fees. We respect the price you gave us, and will comply to it. Payment are usually done around receiving the complete file. However, we are able to adapt to case if you need upfront payment. Please consult us before hand

  ・We might decline your entry, if we are unable to secure budget, or such

  ・You basically have the creative freedom to design everything. We might provide some suggestions / ideas during progress update, however you can ignore if you think its unneccessary

  ・We question no gender nor race, as long you are able to communicate in Japanese / English :D We are not very fluent with Chinese, however we will try our best to reach back to you.

  ・We will send you one copy, once the Dakimakura are printed

  ・If the level of output are higher than expected, we might deposit extra "token of gratitude"　（≧▼≦）
